This non-standard customized production line is mainly used for the sorting, welding, testing and assembly of energy storage battery cell module PACK. This line consists of the following stations: manual battery cell loading, automatic battery cell sorting by scanning code, manual battery cell adhesive application, robot automatic pr-stacking, manual steel band installation, automatic module transfer and online loading, automatic insulation and withstand voltage test before module welding, automatic CCD terminal post addressing, automatic terminal laser cleaning, manual bus-bar placement, automatic laser welding, automatic insulation and withstand voltage test after welding, post-weld 2D camera inspection, gantry crane line transfer, manual module PACK assembly and testing, and overhead crane unloading.
